The Good, Bad and Ugly facts about using growth hormone

THE GOOD, BAD AND UGLY FACTS ABOUT USING GROWTH HORMONE:
When you use GH you must understand insulin…What is insulin? Insulin is a hormone made by the pancreas that allows your body to use sugar (glucose) from carbohydrates in the food that you eat for energy or to store glucose for future use. Insulin helps keeps your blood sugar level from getting too high (hyperglycemia) or too low (hypoglycemia). A side effect of GH is the over usage of your natural insulin supply increasing your risk of diabetes. Eating carbs at the right amount will maintain your blood sugar. Uncontrolled blood sugar can damage the vessels that supply blood to important organs, like the heart, kidneys, eyes, and nerves. This can occur even when you feel OK. Our bodies are amazing, but unfortunately once you have a heart attack or stroke, or your kidneys fail, or you become blind, the damage can’t be undone. GH will also make you hold water but if you diet on it and thereafter remove it from your cycle you’ll notice the loss of water retention hence you’ll also notice the reduction in body fat but only if you have maintained a well balanced healthy diet during it’s usage. There are some other facts to discuss on this topic but am sure the post will reveal more valuable information with comments and my response respectively. Anyone saying they using 20IU’s day is an idiot!!! Don’t do that man. Use common sense bodybuilding #nosynthol Chime in if you have anything to say.

Hi Gary, can you give me advice if it is a good idea to use some growth hormone for injuries healing. I am 45 and suffering under bad shoulders, all kind of tendons problems, tennis elbow, golfer s elbow aso.. I am in good shape. 215 with around 12%. Or should i just use a little Deca as that supposed to be a healing AAS. Whats your idea of that? I am not using any Steroids of the last 20 years.
Thanks for your legendary life and inspiration.

It’s a well known fact that many pros at the top go over 20iu a day and I’ve even heard 30iu and more. That’s is when insulin comes into play. Dosing GH at high doses I think anything over 4-6iu PHARMA without Insulin is not only going to be a complete waste but also very bad for you. You NEED insulin with gh to create the magical igf1 we all desire for growth and fat loss.
