Bodybuilding is not only about competition in muscle shows

BODYBUILDING IS NOT ONLY ABOUT COMPETING IN MUSCLE SHOWS.

CONTESTS ONLY GIVES US SOMETHING TO SEE SO WE MAY FOCUS EVEN MORE ON OUR IMAGINATION…That’s it. It’s a game…

Usually the planning that bodybuilding requires and how far your imagination can motivate these plans will determine your success. Build a beautiful body don’t get obsessed with size and end up losing the magnificent design and lines of the human body. Just being big and playing the “size” game is not going to always win the day. Mass you gain must be “Class Mass” Your mind must be stronger than your body because as your body grows bigger people will look at you differently and you must cushion that first impression people get when they see you. Let them see that you have a good mind and a great physique. It’s an awesome lifestyle but never push it on others just because it’s your passion. Don’t use your loved ones to only help you reach your goal and steal away their time. Work together on what each of you want within a friendship or relationship. Be respectful and considerate. Never obsessively only talk about bodybuilding to those around you as they might not want to just hear about bodybuilding. Bodybuilding is part of one’s life it’s not the “whole” life… Never become that person “I I I ME ME ME”…Its extremely annoying and very one dimensional. When you in or outside the gym you don’t have to prove to anyone how strong you are because people will see it in you. This picture is just one of the most wonderful moments I have had with others because of bodybuilding. When young and younger connect…BODYBUILDING!!! Cool shot Kelly my “Brother in Iron”.

In closing I want to say am an Afrikaner…Always have been and always will be and am proud to be South African. “If you do not know where you come from, then you don’t know where you are, and if you don’t know where you are, then you don’t know where you’re going. And if you don’t know where you’re going, you’re probably going wrong”. Gary Strydom.
