So lets get this started because am ready to share some tips on how the BOSS COACH schools clients to eat/train for results..
My question is what in your mind is the “most beneficial” food/vitamin a bodybuilder can eat/take? Details are very important. Give me your top 3…One to three combinations and I will give you mine with a twist…Maybe give me a few scenarios but always in 3’s. On top of a healthy diet 3 supplements I believe in are: 1. Fish Oil 2. BCAA’s 3. D-Aspartic Acid……..3 is not enough! 🙂
